Pricing and data discrepancies

The App Store and the Play Store do not provide price payed by the user so Glassfy estimates that by collecting the information about the price when the user make a purchase using Glassfy SDK and store the price information for the subscriber and reapply it for next subscription renewal.

Glassfy gets the price and the currency at the moment of the purchase and convert it to USD on the same day: the Stores are processing the conversion at payout date that is normally about 30 days after their fiscal month.

The Stores process the payments in batches and the date of the transaction is never the same as the date of the user payments.

App Store is using a PST time zone for the purchases while Glassfy uses UTC, Play Store uses UTC.

The App Store and the Play Store are using their own fiscal month for reporting while we are using the calendar month.
